Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we do with your data. It is written to comply with Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019, which gives you rights over information about you.
The short version: we collect what you type into the quote form, we use it to give you a cost answer, and if you ask for quotes we pass it to drilling contractors. We do not sell it to anyone else.
What we collect
Only what you give us through the enquiry form: your name, your phone number, your email if you provide one, your county or location, and whatever you tell us about the site and what the water is for.
We also collect standard analytics about how pages are used, such as which pages are visited and roughly where visitors are. That data is not tied to your name.
Who we share it with, and why
To quote and deliver your borehole we pass your enquiry to the hydrogeologists and licensed drilling teams who will do the work, so they can survey the site, price it and contact you about access and scheduling.
That is the only routine sharing we do. We do not sell your data to advertisers or list brokers. We also use service providers to run the site and deliver email, and they only process data on our instructions.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act 2019 you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to us sharing it with contractors. Email us and we will act on it.
You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner if you think we have handled your data badly.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to quote and deliver your job, including passing them to the drilling teams working on it, and to answer follow-up questions. After that we keep them for a reasonable period as a business record. If you ask us to delete your details, we will.

How do I get my data deleted?+
Email us and ask. Under Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019 you have the right to have it erased, and we will do it.
